Each module develops the practitioner's capacity to hold a different depth of systems work. Each is a complete learning cycle: a 1-day foundation, 3 hours of fieldwork, and a 4-hour integration.

The Living Enterprise Canvas

A workshop for seeing the system whole. Learn to hold the mirror — observation, not interpretation.

Experience the Canvas as a participant, then learn to hold it as a facilitator. The focus is on learning to be the Mirror, not the Lamp — holding space without jumping in to fix.
Fieldwork
3 hours · self-directed
Run the Canvas with a real system
Take the framework into a real client system. Follow the 3-hour fieldwork timeline. Complete the self-assessment form for your integration session.
Integration
4 hours · half-day
Session 3 — Fieldwork debrief
Return with your fieldwork. The cohort reads the experience together. Deepen the practice of holding space. Prepare for Attune.

A practice for attending to the system together. Learn to create the conditions for a group to hear its own system.

Experience the five movements: Arrive, Walk the Canvas, Sit with What You Heard, The Mirror, Close. Practise the holder role. The focus is on creating the safety for a group to speak the truth.
Fieldwork
3 hours · self-directed
Run the Attune with a real system
Hold an Attune with a system previously seen through a Canvas. Follow the 3-hour fieldwork timeline. Complete the self-assessment form.
Integration
4 hours · half-day
Session 3 — Fieldwork debrief
Return with your fieldwork. What did the room show you about the system? Deepen the practice of holding silence. Prepare for Work.
Completion of the Canvas practitioner training. The Attune builds on the seeing the Canvas develops. Without that foundation, the attending has nothing to attend to.

A structured conversation for working on the system as a whole. Learn to create the conditions for a system to encounter its own design.

Practise the five conditions: Position, Restraint, Responsiveness, Reflection, Information Flow. Hold a simulated Work conversation. The focus is on reflecting the pattern without imposing meaning.
Fieldwork
3 hours · self-directed
Run the Work with a real system
Hold a Work engagement with a system known through Canvas and Attune. Follow the 3-hour fieldwork timeline. Complete the self-assessment form.
Integration
4 hours · half-day
Session 3 — Fieldwork debrief
Return with your fieldwork. What did the system name about its own design? Deepen the practice of evoking awareness. Full Living Enterprise Practitioner certification upon completion.
Completion of both the Canvas and Attune practitioner training. The Work requires everything from the first two modules. Not all practitioners will be ready. That is the system telling you who can hold this and who needs more time.
